NO NEED for queuing! With over 100 stores in Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao, the award-winning Bo’s Coffee recently had its official launch at the Bo’s Coffee Capitol for the country’s first Messen-ger-based advance ordering system called BOTTY.

For Philippine coffee at your fingertips, the new Bo’s Coffee advance ordering BOTTY system is linked to over 46 Bo’s Coffee branches nationwide, 19 of which are strategic branches throughout Cebu namely Capitol, Banilad Town Center, Filinvest Cyberzone, Ayala Center branches, SM branches, SM Seaside, as well as the Mactan Domestic and International Airports, to name a few.

Celebrating this innovation as a first of many developments toward digitalization, Steve Benitez, president and chief executive officer of WS & Landin Inc., the corporation behind Bo’s Coffee said: “As we reach our 25-year mark, we want to cater to the fast-paced lifestyle of our customers. We want to make your daily coffee runs simpler, faster and more accessible, so you have more time for more important things in life such as your passions, your advocacies and your relationships.”

Equipped with a secure and cashless digital payment system in partnership with PayMaya, Bo’s Coffee chief operating officer Rachel Fallarme explained: “While the system has Cash Payment options, the cashless payment options through PayMaya, credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) allows our customers to really skip the line. In a developing world like ours, we have to do all we can to optimize our efforts and save time”. Other online payment options such as Grabpay and GCash will soon be available, as well as a delivery service, which will be added to the Advance Ordering Botty experience through Grab Express.

Also present at the launch was BOTTY system developer Cary Gee, who brought in the BOTTY system to the Philippines through Bo’s Coffee having seen similar patterns in both the Singaporean and Philippine consumer market.
