The same award was bestowed on Corporal Timothy John Cruz during Monday’s flag raising ceremony in Camp Crame.

“Well, very commendable. Ito ang sinasabi natin na pang-balance doon sa ginagawa nating internal cleansing. While we are fast in punishing those who do illegal activities, we are also fast in commending, giving awards to all those who are deserving sa amin ranks at ‘yung ginawa nila ay very commendable ito at sana gayahin ito ng marami at lahat ng pulis,” the PNP chief said.

A netizen had captured the chase using his rear and dashboard camera. The video clip went viral on social media.
