VICE Mayor Jerry Jover of Victorias City was elected unopposed as president of the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines-Negros Occidental chapter during the organization's assembly and elections Monday at Acacia Hotel, Bacolod City.
Bacolod City Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran was also elected as vice president.
The other newly-elected officers of the VMLP were Raul Rivera of Kabankalan City as secretary, Narwin Javelosa of Sagay City as treasurer, Rex Jalandoon of La Carlota City as auditor and Nehemiah dela Cruz of Salvador Benedicto as PIO.
The Board of Directors are Christopher Paul Carmona of San Carlos City- 1st district, Lilia Decolongon of Cadiz City-2nd, Tom Ledesma of Silay City-3rd, Anthony Gerard Suatengco of Pulupandan-4th, Teresita Gabrido of Hinigaran-5th, Oscar Montilla of Sipalay City-6th district. (TDE)
