Kahinumdoman nga giisyu ang CDO niadtong Mayo 7, 2019 dihang nakalapas ang AESC sa Presidential Decree 1586 o ang Philippine Environmental Impact Statement System ug sa Republic Act 9275 o ang Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004.
Base sa resulta sa imbestigasyon sa EMB 7 nga gihimo sa ilang personnel niadtong Abril 23 ug Mayo 5, wala mapatuman sa AESC ang Environmental Management Plan niini nga hinungdan sa landslide niadtong Mayo 4 nga nikalas og usa ka kinabuhi.
Nahunong ang operasyon sa maong landfill ug niadtong Mayo 8, gipahigayon ang Technical Conference tali sa kompaniya ug sa EMB 7.
“All commitments have been religiously complied by AEC after re-evaluation by EMB. The respondent has submitted to EMB 7 the Work Program for the approved Waste to Energy - Methane Gas Capture Systems using SERRS Technology of Thailand in collaboration with Alterna Verde Corporation (AVC), Philippines,” tipik sa press release sa EMB 7.
