SINGER Sarah Geronimo and “Pilipinas Got Talent” host Luis Manzano enjoy working together in their upcoming movie under Viva Films.
The two with the Queen of Teleserye Judy Ann Santos will top bill “Hating Magkapatid.”
In a television interview with Luis, he jokingly shared that Sarah is always giddy when they will shoot a scene together.
He said they will have their own small “kilig” moments in the movie, which is something new to offer to their avid supporters.
Sarah, in a separate interview, laughingly admitted that she gets "kilig" with Luis.
“Oo sobra hindi ko nga kinakaya yung sweetness namin, nilalanggam kami,” she said.
The pop idol also said she sometimes gets goose bumps when she's feeling giddy.
Luis meanwhile said they are very at ease working with each other and that the friendship built in ASAP XV is one big factor with their attitude with each other.
“Kami ni Sarah kasi we have established our friendship, our bond, our kulitan and she's one of the people I trust in this industry,” he said.
“Kapag may scene kami na nagpapakilig kami eh kami din natatawa sa isa't-isa. Hopefully naman, it will translate something good in the movie.”
When asked if their love team can overshadow the success of the John Lloyd-Sarah team-up, Luis said its way far from reality.
“Malabong mangyari yun. Ako I'm a big fan of their love team, yung sa amin naman eh its something different lang,” he said.
One big factor, he said, is that the movie's plot will not be about their relationship but instead it will give more depth and character to the film.
“The fact na yung ginawa ni John Lloyd at Sarah eh yung kwento nung pelikula eh umiikot sa kanila. Ito naman sa amin eh bonus lang. Medjo mahirap tapatan yung John Lloyd-Sarah, pero kami eh we are trying our best and something new to the public,” Luis said. (Glaiza Jarloc/Sunnex)
