Fisherman turns over P51-M ‘shabu’ in Northern Samar

A FISHERMAN turned over three sealed plastic bags containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu or methamphetamine hydrochloride in Biri, Northern Samar Saturday, August 10, 2019.

Police said the fisherman saw the plastic bags along the shoreline of Sitio Pagul, Barangay Pio del Pilar, Biri, at around 2:35 p.m. Saturday.

The three plastic bags weighed a total of 7.5 kilos with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P51 million, said the police.
