INFLUENCITY is back on its second year, and this time, will put a spotlight on travel.
Founded by Clover Creatives, Influencity is an avenue where content creators and readers get together, interact and learn from one another.
Dubbed “Influencity 2019: A Wanderlust’s Fair,” this will be a two-day event that will involve a bazaar featuring content creators selling their pre-loved items and short talks that will focus on travel and everything related to it from travel vlogging, budgeting, how to capture that Instagram-worthy photo to exploring the world in style.
This will give its attendees the chance to meet 18 featured content creators, know more about Influencity’s event partners’ and the three participating content creator groups from Cebu who will be there too: Cebu Bloggers Society, Cebu Content Creators and Cebu Fashion Bloggers.
“My organization will be expecting that there will be more on exposure for content creators in Cebu so we can collaborate more to our fellow content creators as well,” said Philip Andrew Mayol, chairperson of Cebu Content Creators. Influencity will also feature content creators from Manila, Iloilo, Davao and General Santos, widening their venture to invite those outside the province.
Attendees will also get the chance to take part in games and raffles. One of its event partners, Cebu Pacific Air, will set up a booth for guests to snap their OOTDs and play games for the chance to win prizes.
“This year, we also opened the venue for aspiring bloggers, vloggers and microbloggers to give them a chance to know more about Cebu’s blogging groups and woo them to take part in an organization to help and guide them jumpstart their online presence,” shared Andrew “Doyzkie” Buenaviaje, Clover Creatives’ public relations and marketing manager.
“Influencity 2019: A Wanderlust’s Fair” will take place on Aug. 17 and 18 at The Activity Center of Ayala Center Cebu.
