SOME preachers are so over-confident that whatever they said is sacred truth. Like Bro. Eli Soriano who tells his listeners that if they want to be good and do good, they need God’s help. They cannot do it on their own. This is beyond logic and common sense.
The basic teaching in any God-believing religion is that God gave us free will to choose right from wrong, good from evil. We already know what’s right and what’s wrong; what’s good and what’s bad. We have the freedom of choice. Many people chose to do wrong and evil. As we can see in different broadcast or print media. The evil people succeeded n their choice of doing bad things. But for those people who have in their heart and mind the desire to do good, they need God’s help.
