POPULAR Ballpals club starts its pre-fiesta inter-color basketball tourney on Saturday, August 17 at Pelaez Sports Center open court of Cagayan de Oro City.
“After some few resets or adjustment of game schedules, all the way na ang opening sa Ballpals tourney karong Sabado,” said tournament commissioner Andit Mendoza.
The 39 below cagers will take the floor first in the 4:30 pm opener with Team Orange facing Team Grey.
Dubbed as 2019 President’s Cup, defending champion Team Black (W. Mercado, Jadap, Viter, Arcaya, Archer, Bernales, Ranes, Pamisa, Oncada, Escobido, Sacabin) will take the challenge of last conference’s runner-up Team Orange (Abapo, Udasco, Stev Panaz, Bonete, Mabalot, B. Mercado, Tamayo, Sicad, Bagayna, Balabat, M. Villanueva, Agudo, D. Guevarra, Mendoza) in the 40-up match-up.
