A NIGHT of fashion and splendor filled the air at the Forest Lodge at Camp John Hay last August 9. With eyes glued on the beautiful ensembles inspired from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, created by the amiable members of the Designer Circle Philippines headed by Francis Calaquian.
