THE newlyweds, Mariano Ramon “Moncho” Pacana Baccay III and Annalie Geronda Budomo, exchanged vows at an intimate wedding ceremony at the Archbishop’s Palace officiated by Rev. Fr. Lucas P. Inoc.
Moncho is the son of former ambassador Mariano L. Baccay Jr. and Lydia P. Baccay and Annalie is the daughter of the late Jose Redemptor S. Budomo and Alice G. Budomo. The bride’s uncle, Anselmo Budomo, stepped in to walk his niece down the aisle on her very special day.
Witnessing Moncho and Annalie tie the knot on this day full of love, the list of principal sponsors included 10 couples namely Nilo and Beatrice Cabahug, Gaudencio and Teresita Pinote, Edgar and Merlyn Cañete, Randy and Maricel Asignar, Erwin and Nila Budomo, Carmelo and Giselle Anne Valmoria, Generoso and Gloria Jane Matiga, Mariano and Maria Teosania Natu-el, Jaime and Alma Yap as well as Arthur and Nelda Pascual. The secondary sponsors were Paul John and Jackie Kiener for the cord, Chris Vincent and Katrina Socorro Aliman for the veil and Roy Budomo and Lanie Geronda for the candles.
To complete the rest of the entourage, the Best Man was Marco Christian Renggli and the Maid of Honor was Johnalyn Arcipe. The dashing Groomsmen included Paolo Gabriel Sarmiento, Marco Paolo Utzurrum, Michael David Sasnovski, Augustine Takayuki Takita, Stefan Dion Garcia, Jonathan Edward Layno, Neil Aldrin Oyasan and Steven Gene Matiga and lovely Bridemaids were Maria Melida Cabahug, Lourdes Budomo, Maria Minerva Aquino, Gwen Marie Ybañez, Mayrene Labucay, Nicolette Cybil Ocleasa, Kristel Gayle Chua and Emari Grace Pimentel.
The little attendants were ring bearer Joshua Alex Budomo, coin bearer Allen Grant Budomo; and flower girls Hannah Beatrice Virtudazo and Sofia Rae Latras.
Walking hand-in-hand and sharing a moment together after the wedding ceremony, Moncho and Annalie carried on celebrating at the Beverly View Events Pavilion joined by more guests in attendance to wish them well!
