A CEBU-BASED real estate solutions provider has recently launched its own mobile application to help home buyers and sellers access the wide real estate listings across the country from the comfort of their smartphones.
The Filipino Homes app, which can be downloaded in both Android and iOs platforms, is another innovation the Filipino Homes Group has recently embarked on, said its founder and chief executive officer Anthony Gerard Leuterio.
“This is the first app of its kind in the Philippines that provides lists of nationwide properties, including 550 developers with 1,300 projects that buyers can choose from,” said Leuterio.
The app, according to Leuterio, gives buyers convenience as they can select which brokers to do business with and do direct negotiations real time.
“What is unique with this platform is it has a three-sided model. Agents can help agents; buyers can choose their preferred agents on the listing; agents can look for buyers and ask support from their co-agents,” he explained.
Leuterio said in this digital age it is imperative for businesses to invest in technology to make operations easier and render services to customers smoothly and effectively.
He said the app would greatly benefit the overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) because they can now search, buy and negotiate properties anytime and anywhere.
Leuterio said the OFWs are the top buyers of real estate products.
“Overseas Filipinos are the ones fueling the growth of the economy and we don’t want to miss this oportunity that their needs will not be catered to properly,” he said.
The Filipino Homes app is also seen to benefit the real estate players as their projects will gain extensive market exposure in the online platform.
