Ordinansahon gi-veto sa mayor sa Lapu-Lapu

GI-VETO ni Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Junard Chan ang proposed ordinance nga gipalabang sa konseho nga nagkinahanglan una og approval sa Sangguniang Panglungsod kadtong buot molukat og business o development permit sa city hall.

Si konsehal Rico Amores maoy nangamahan sa “An Ordinance Requiring the Resolution of No Objection of the Sangguniang Panlunsod for Any And All Forms of Use of any Portion of the Municipal Waters within the Territorial Jurisdiction of the City of Lapu-Lapu”.

Ang maong ordinansa gipalabang niadtong Hulyo 25 apan wa kini pirmahi ni Chan.

Nipasabot si Amores nga ang katuyoan sa maong ordinansa aron nga ma-regulate ang mga establisemento ilabi na niadtong duol sa baybayon nga dili magpataka og labay sa ilang hugaw ngadto sa dagat.

“Sa (committee) environment man ko, duna man gud toy dakong hotel nga magabii maoy i-abli sa ilang tubo (sewerage) nya adto sa dagat ilabay (hugaw),” pasabot ni Amores.
