Student volunteers gamiton sa Cesafi season: Tiukinhoy

SA LABING unang higayon, adunay kapin sa 100 ka student volunteers gikan sa nagkadaiyang mga tunghaan ang modumala sa coverage, production, ug marketing sa Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (CESAFI) Season 19 nga mosugod karong Agusto 19 sa Cebu Coliseum.

Ang CESAFI mao ang bugtong school-based competition sa tibuok Pilipinas nga nagbuhat niini.

Niadtong Agusto 11, ang tanang student volunteers nakakompleto na sa ilang preparasyon alang sa Season 19 sa ilang Grand Finals Meeting sa Cebu Institute of Technology University (CITU).

Ang paggamit og student volunteeer usa ka ideya ni Cesafi commissioner Felix Tiukinhoy Jr., kinsa mitawag sa CESAFI Season 19 student-volunteers corps nga CESAFI LIVE.

Nagsilbe sab kining training alang sa student volunteers alang sa praktikal nga kasinatian sa marketing, creative design, media, ug production.

“We take CESAFI one step further this Season 19, not only by improving the environment for our student-athletes and other event contenders, but also by including more students not merely as spectators and fans, but as actual organizers and managers of various committees that make CESAFI a success,” pamahayag ni Tiukinhoy nga gipadangat sa media.

“This way, we can truly say that CESAFI is not just for the students, but also of the students and by the students. Basta CESAFI, estudyante!”

Ang Season 19 sugdan pinaagi sa opening program, parada ug oath-taking of student-athletes.

Human niini, mosugod ang kombati sa basketball event diin magsanka ang Don Bosco Technological Centre (DBTC) Greywolves batok Cebu Eastern College (CEC) Dragons sa high school division.

Mosunod niini ang engkuwentro sa CITU) Wildcats batok University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Jaguars alang sa college division.
