SERVICES of licensed physical therapists can now be availed at the leading Holiday Gym and Spa that offers as low as P800 monthly fee for 22 years old and above and P500 fee for 21-below gym enthusiasts.
HGS chief executive officer (CEO) Ivy Fernandez said they have eight physical therapists at their new Holiday Physical Therapy Center.
"Three of them are licensed PTs so they are credible and knowledgeable about physical fitness routines and what's good for our clients," Fernandez said during Thursday's Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) Forum at the Tower Inn.
"The promo rates are in line with our efforts to campaign for basic healthy living and making it available for the greater number of the community," Fernandez added.
The center, according to her, is equipped with treadmills, elliptical trainer, upright bike, indoor rower and Cybex strength equipment.
"Enrollees can avail of unlimited use of fitness center including the basketball court, free use of locker facilities and shower, gym instructor on hand to design program and to also assist and boxing instructor is on duty from 4 to 8 p.m.," Fernandez said.
The center is open from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Mondays to Fridays, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays and 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
