Tell It to SunStar: Thank you for the laughter

By Hermie Cortes, Basak, Cebu City

IT SEEMS there is going to be a big quiet now that Julian Daan, popularly known as “Teban,” has died.

Although it has been quiet for some time since the good old partnership between him and Allan Nacorda, also known as Goliat, has been out of the airwaves to pursue other things in life.

But they have done their part in making the Cebuano airwaves quite exciting. There are so many of us who were entertained by the radio drama “Manok ni San Pedro” when we were young.

Thank you Teban and Goliat for all those laughter. Life has been a bit more bearable with you guys around.
