ASIDE from the one-day issuance of business permits that Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. wants for Angeles City, he also called for the promotion of quality management systems for Local Civil Registrar (LCR), Land Tax Division and General Service Office (GSO).
"This is to deliver better service for Angelenos, and give them satisfaction whenever they visit any office here at city hall," he said.
Lazatin wants to assure that every transaction is supported by documented information such as procedures, work instructions, policies, and forms.
"That is the goal to achieve -- quality. Quality system which is understandable and workable. Responsibilities and actions to achieve the quality goal," he added.
Moreover, the mayor already stated then his order to issue business permits within one day to avoid any delays in business operations.
