IN FURTHERANCE of the 1st International Conference on Food, Environment, and Culture (ICFEC) hold by Benguet State University on May 15-18, 2017, BSU will be having its 2nd International Conference on November 27-29, 2019 in Crown Legacy Hotel, Baguio City.
The theme of this year’s conference is: “Building Climate Resilience through Inclusive Global Innovations” and “Fostering International Cooperation” is the tagline.
From its conceptualization, BSU wanted to pave venues for research result exchange and proliferate local, nation, and international linkages. With this, the University would like to encourage and invite interested participants to join and present their research papers in the conference. The deadline of submission was extended until September 13, 2019.
In 2017, two hundred sixty-nine (269) participants attended, 224 were from several local, national and international academes, 18 from government agencies, four from industry, and 23 were students. Only three conference tracks were then included which were: Food, Culture, and Environment. While these year’s conference tracks are more diverse and inclusive these are: Food, Culture, Forestry, and Environment, Energy, and Engineering.
