Natigayon kini naidtong Agusto 24, 2019 sa headquarters sa 23rd Infantry Battalion, Jamboree Site, Purok 6, Barangay Alubihid, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
Ang kahilokan nga gihimo aron pag-ila sa papel sa mga tribal leaders kini subay sa implementasyon sa Executive Order 70, kon Institutionalizing the Whole-of-Nation Approach to End Local Communist Armed Conflict.
