Holier than thou. Who is this key official of the MCG administration who has been administratively charged for Serious Dishonesty, Grave Misconduct and Gross Neglect of Duty but who has been appointed to a sensitive position?

I am aware of a CSC memorandum that bars individuals from holding public offices if they have been sentenced or found guilty of the offenses charged.

Now, if this individual who acts as if he/she has a monopoly of integrity and credibility despite being charged with the serious offenses, I do not know if the norms of good conduct are being violated by the double standard of probity of the MCG administration.

The complainant, with the initials of "A.A." reportedly charged this election officer in exchange for sexual favors for the promotion of his wife, also an election officer.

I have the Excerpts of the Minutes of the Executive Session held on November 16, 2017 on Administrative Case 17-05 (PD) to back up this story/exposition.

Question: If this individual were not remiss in his/her duty why would he/she tender his/her irrevocable resignation?

And when he/she was appointed to the sensitive position was he/she not required to submit to the SP for concurrence a Personal Data Sheet (PDS) which asks if he/she has ever been charged of offenses? Just asking.

In a meeting of parents and teachers of the Santos Ventura National High School, Tabun, on August 30, 2019, it was unanimously agreed that the authorized voluntary contributions be paid by the parents to help the school in its projects for the benefit of the students.

In her message to the attendees, Mylene T. Dizon, Punong Guro, asked the parents to please assist the school, as its MOOE is not thet sufficient to fund the projects planned.

A total of P455.00 is the AVC (authorized voluntary contribution) representing necessary expenses for Boy/Girl Scouts registration, PNRC (Red Cross), Anti-TB Fund Drive, School publication, student organization, students' insurance and PTA project.
