Espina: Tourism blaze

TOURISTS were amazed at two mega tourism events in Cebu: The launch of Cebu Ocean Park and the spectacular “Pasigarbo sa Sugbo” late August.

These were show windows of Cebu as one of the top destinations in the world, recently proclaimed the “No. 7” Tourism Destination.
