L'FISHER hotel will mark its 29th anniversary on September 29, 2019.

At the start of its celebration, the hotel offers its valued customers with brunch (breakfast and lunch) buffet at Ripples, which started Sunday, September 1.

The brunch journey begins at the appetizers. They have a premium grazing table with an array cheeses which one can pair with meats and cold cuts. One can even add fresh fruits, jams, honey and choice of artisanal bread.

If you miss your breakfast? No worries as pancakes, waffles and French toast will be cooked up for you at the live stations.

If you are looking for something savory, make your way to the Mongolian/Noodles station and get to choose from a variety of fresh ingredients.

The jewel in Ripples buffet will have to be the classic roast, definitely an indulgent way for families to brunch after church.

Ripples is where you'll find some of Bacolod's best.

In case you are craving for a specific Asian cuisine, Ripples brunch buffet also offers Japanese yakiniku, tempura, and hand-rolled sushi choices, Chinese dim sum, Italian pasta and pizza and of course, well-loved Filipino food.

To end your hearty and satisfying brunch on a sweet note, there are cakes, chocolates and fresh fruit. Ripples brunch is offered every Sunday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (PR)
