THE novena masses for the Our Lady of Peňafrancia—patroness of Bicol—will begin at 6:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6, 2019 at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish on N. Escario St. in Barangay Capitol Site, Cebu City.
The masses will run for nine days, or until Saturday, Sept. 14. On Sunday, Sept. 15, there will be a fiesta mass, which will be celebrated by Bicolano priests.
Here is the complete schedule of masses: 6:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6; 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7; 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8; 6:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9; 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10; 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11; 6:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12; 6:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13; and 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14.
The ninth novena mass on Sept. 14 will be preceded by a foot procession from the Capitol Parish Church at 4:30 p.m.
