FAMILY-OWNED Enrison Holdings Inc., the company behind the Be Hotels and Resorts, has launched Be Residences, its maiden condo project as it primes up expansion in one of the country's promising property markets.
Company president Grand Benedicto said the firm's foray into the condo development is a "natural progression" as it sees robust demand in Cebu's property business, citing the city's bustling economy.
The 20-storey Be Residences, which forms part of the company's long-term expansion, will be completed in three years.
"We have several projects in the pipeline," he said.
The project is located in St. Lawrence Street, Lahug, Cebu City -- beside the bustling Cebu IT Park. (CSL)
