AUTHORITIES have arrested a suspected member of the communist terrorist group New People’s Army (NPA), who is also one of the most wanted persons in the regions.
Joselito Naag, 45, was apprehended based on a warrant of arrest in front of his residence at Christ the King Street, Tawiran Extension, Barangay Santolan, Pasig City around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2019.
Eastern Police District Director Nolasco Bathan said Naag is on the list of regional most wanted persons of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
An arrest warrant for Naag was issued by the Regional Trial Court of Legazpi City, Albay for the crime of murder, frustrated murder and robbery.
