DOH must be aware that Aedes Aegypti mosquito (vector of dengue) is a day biting mosquito, most active to prick two hours after sunrise and several hours before sunset. Therefore, only toddlers and nannies who used to stay at home on daytime would likely be the survivors from dengue. Does the distribution of these mosquito nets make sense? What about the children in school and the working force?
