TEN years after they said their vows at the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral, Rep. Duke Frasco of Cebu’s 5th district and Mayor Christina Frasco of Liloan, renewed their vows during afternoon rites at Antonio’s in Tagaytay. It was a lovely Sunday, and the romantic hideaway—with its lush gardens and elegant interiors—provided the perfect setting.
The celebration was a cocktail-dinner affair with relatives and close friends in attendance.
