3) In an international contest, Mark Joeghie S. Catacutan of Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga came out as First Place in the World Championship of Performing Arts.

In a just a month, we have proven that we are world class. We have proven that the world can be our stage -- our young people continue to unleash their endless potentials. Mayor Edwin "Edsa" Santiago is proud of his constituents.
