GIAWHAG sa Konseho sa Dakbayan sa Sugbo ang Office of the Building Official (OBO) ug Cebu City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CCDRRMO) pag-imbistigar sa pagkahugno sa riprap sa Deca, usa ka medium rise condominium sa Barangay Tisa.

Niadtong Septiyembre 1, ang Cebu City nakasinati og pagbunok sa uwan sulod sa pipila ka oras hinungdan sa pagbaha sa downtown area, lakip sa Tisa ug kasikbit nga mga barangay.
