General Santos City Mayor Ronnel Rivera, Mabalacat City Mayor Cris Garbo, Angeles City Councilor Joseph ‘ PG’ Ponce and City of San Fernando Councilor Benedict Jasper Lagman signed on Friday the MOA and Sisterhood Agreement between General Santos City and the Cities of Mabalacat, Angeles and San Fernando.
