MOTOR Image Pilipinas Inc., the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles in the Philippines, returned to Cebu and Davao, bringing full on excitement as Russ Swift, Guinness World record holder and legendary precision driver, performed adrenaline-pumping maneuvers and stunts alongside the Subaru Ultimate Test Drive (SUTD).
At SUTD, locals took the driver’s seat and went through a uniquely curated track that tested out the capabilities and drivability of Subaru vehicles. Through the All New Forester and XV, passengers got to feel the difference of its four Core Technologies–the Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive that delivers power to all four wheels for more control; the Boxer Engine, for better cornering and stability; the Subaru Global Platform, which includes an optimized frame structure, stronger joints and rear stabilizer for that stable ride; and the EyeSight Driver Assist Technology, another innovation by Subaru, which gives the driver a second pair of eyes.
Davaoeños and Cebuanos also got the chance to see their favorite Subaru vehicles, such as the BRZ and STI, like never before at the hands of Russ Swift. In Cebu, the stunt show took place for three days on Aug. 30 to Sept. 1 at the North Open Parking 2, SM City Cebu.
Some of the stunts performed included the J turn, reverse spin, parallel parking and the doughnut spin with Swift on the wheel while passengers rode with him and joined in on the thrill.
