AN ESTIMATED P140,000 worth of shabu or methamphetamine hydrochloride was seized in a drug bust conducted by operatives of Police Station 8 at Purok Tapulanga, Barangay Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City Sunday evening.

The operation also led to the arrest of the two drug personalities identified as Alexander Corot, and his two companions Jamel Hadjirauf, and Ronnie Medel, all of Bacolod City.

Police Major Charles Gever, chief of Police Station 8, the Corot was arrested after he sold a sachet of shabu to a police undercover at 7:45 p.m.

He said Corot’s two companions were also cornered inside the house.

Police recovered from the suspects’ possession were five sachets of shabu and the P500 marked money.
