Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (Cocpo) was hailed as the Best City Police Office, with Bukidnon Police Provincial Office as the Best Police Provincial Office in the region.

Gingoog City Police Station was recognized as the Best Component City Police Station, Claveria Municipal Police Station as the best municipal station, and Police Station 5 of Cocpo as the Best City Police Station.

The police awardees include Police Colonel Benedicto Pintor as Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer (PCO) for Administration, Police Captain Harlene Jane Santoluma as Best Junior PCO for Administration, and Police Major Lexy Sonido as Best Junior PCO for Operation, among others.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Mardy Hortillosa, PRO-Northern Mindanao spokesperson, said a selection committee chose the awardees based on their accomplishments from July 2018 to June 2019.
