BENGUET. The municipality of Tuba formally opened the 6th Ava Festival showcasing the ava or taro which is the One-Town One-Product of the municipality. Students from the Tuba Central School shows ava plants which is showcased along with the various vegetable produce and products made from ava at the Tuba Municipal Grounds.
