BAGUIO. The Highway Patrol Group-Cordillera started the deployment of personnel in major thoroughfares in key cities and urban areas in the region in compliance to the directive of HPG director, Brigadier General Eliseo DL Cruz for mobile and police presence to help law enforcers in traffic management where they can issue citation tickets to owners of vehicles with defective parts aside from performing their main tasks against catnapping, crimes committed in highways, and highway robbery, among others.
