BOARD Member Andrew Montelibano is asking for the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Small Town Lottery (STL).
He said since the STL resumed its operation on September 1, it has not reported yet to the province.
"From the IRR, we would know what their obligation to the province is," said Montelibano, who chairs the Committee on Games and Amusements.
During its previous operation, the shares of the local government units from STL goes to the trust fund for health, cultural and sports that could help the people, he said.
Montelibano added that he would ask the PCSO about the difference of the operations between Peryahan Ng Bayan and STL.
