THERE’S a new way to wash one’s car: Ventian Washtech brings steam washing technology to Cebu with the GOCLEAN Car Washer.
On Sept. 6, Ventian Washtech had its brand activation event in Parkmall’s rotunda area and put the state-of-the-art machine in action. At the launch, Ventian showcased what the GOCLEAN Car Washer can do by cleaning cars during the whole day affair.
An innovative piece of technology, the GOCLEAN Car Washer does more than just clean a car on the surface. It also eliminates bacteria and unpleasant smells with high temperature, high pressure dry and wet steam. The machine itself is made of 100 percent stainless steel, which means it is sustainable and resistant to corrosion.
Steam washing can be used on many parts of a car, from the seats and carpeting to the engine compartment and gear box. With this equipment, the car is thoroughly and comprehensively cleaned inside and out without harming its sensitive and delicate parts. The GOCLEAN Car Steamer is user-friendly, safe and energy-efficient.
Although still not widely implemented in Cebu, the method of steam washing has many benefits: it uses no harmful chemicals. It uses significantly less water than the normal car wash, and it doesn’t take much time. Since the machine uses steam, the one cleaning won’t get soaked or wet in the process and post-wash cleanup is minimal as well. The machine itself is mobile, which means cleaning is possible almost anywhere.
Ventian is a national market-based social enterprise that aims to actively help in solving social and environmental problems through its business activities such as this. For every car washed, 10 to 20 percent of the profit goes to community-based projects like the I am Water Project, which advocates for the installation of water refilling stations everywhere to minimize the use of single-use plastic bottles.
