MEDIA practitioners from Cebu took a quick break from chasing the news as they competed in the 2019 Press Freedom Trail Run on Saturday, September 21, 2019.
Graphic artist Veronika Hipolito of SunStar Publishing Inc. came up with a perfect combination of speed and problem solving to win the overall title.
