MOABOT ngadto sa 16 ka lungsod sa probinsya sa Misamis Oriental ang mideklarar nga persona non grata batok sa mga miyembro sa Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP)-New People’s Army (NPA).
Mokabat sa 16 ka mga munisipyo gikan sa 24 ka mga lungsod sa lalawigan ang nag-isyu og deklarasyon kon asa 182 sa 424 ka mga barangay ang nagdeklarar niini.
Ang mga lungsod nga mideklarar niini mao ang Alubijid, Balingasag, Binuangan, Claveria, El Salvador City, Initao, Jasaan, Lagonglong, Libertad, Magsaysay, Manticao, Medina, Opol, Tagoloan, Talisayan, ug Laguindingan.
Gumikan niini ang walhong grupo pinaagi sa tigpamaba nga mao si Ka Norsen Manggubat sa CPP-North Central Mindanao Region nagpadala og suwat pamahayag kalabot niini.
