CEBU Grand Hotel continues its drive to provide that authentic Filipino hospitality from its accommodation and facilities to its showcase of local and international fare.

A new addition to its culinary team is its executive chef, Benjie Gau, who joined the Cebu Grand Hotel family last Sept. 9. Cebu’s media were treated to an intimate lunch last Sept. 16 for the chance to meet him. As executive chef, he stressed the importance of being patient when it comes to being the head of the team but more importantly, emphasized the importance of feeling like being one with the family which he said he feels.

Accompanying the introduction of chef Gau is the news that Cebu Grand Hotel will soon launch its lunch buffet. Guests can now look forward to many culinary surprises featuring seafood, Pinoy and Cebu favorites. The lunch buffet will be available this October, every Friday and Saturday at P478.
