THE Governor Gwen Garcia Unity Volleyball (GUV) Cup will be relaunched in grand fashion on Sept. 28, 2019 at the Mandaue City Sports and Cultural Complex.
The opening ceremonies would be kicking off at 1 p.m. with no less than Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia, leading the charge.
Some 45 teams from the different cities and municipalities in Cebu will be competing in this volleyball tournament that has already paved the way for many Cebuanas to make names for themselves in the sport.
The 45 teams have been divided into seven different clusters. Bannering this long list are Catmon-native Gretchel Soltones and Compostela-pride Cherry Ann Rondina. (JNP)
