A LOW pressure area (LPA) was spotted on Wednesday, October 3, east of Quezon, said the state weather bureau.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the LPA was last seen at 880 kilometers east of Infanta, Quezon, as of 3 p.m.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought by localized thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, Pagasa said. (SunStar Philippines)
