Balay sa Busay’s unique architecture features provincial home elements, and is a two-storey structure. One may dine in air-conditioned comfort, or on the outdoor strip of the balcony, where the city’s nightscape is truly magical! Both ground and second floor areas can seat 50 people. It’s open Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and from Friday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

It’s celebration time at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu as it marks 765 years in the hospitality scene! An all-Italian gastronomic spread was on view to feast our senses and fill our bellies! With venue at the invigorating El Viento restaurant and Pool Bar, “La Dolce Vita” was launched.
With the collaboration of the hotel’s culinary team, Italian guest chefs Giuseppe Genco and Luca Genco showed the assemblage what Sicilian comfort food was all about: Spinach Ravioli, Rigatoni Pasta, Penne Pesto Genovese, Farfalle Seafood Pasta etc. Also popular were the handmade and wood-fired cooked pizzas and delectable Italian sausages, paired with select Italian wines!
