GIPANGHIMAKAK sa Davao City Police Office (DCPO) nga sila ang nagpaluyo sa "latigo" nga natigayon sa Sasa Davao City niadtong Lunes sa gabii, Septyembre 30.
Sa gipagula nga pamahayag sa DCPO, ilang gipasabot paunsa ang paghulma sa matag indibiduwal, di ang pagpangdagmal.
"DCPO molds individual and not destroys. We give security and safety and not harm people. Proofs of these are the intervention programs intended for children in conflict with the law (CICL), out-of-school youth (OSY), and children at risk (CAR), a diversionary program for gang hurling around the city," tipik sa pamahayag sa buhatan.
Sa nahitabo, mga menor de edad ang nabunalan busa gipasabot sa DCPO nga batukan gayod nila kung dunay modagmal sa mga bata sanglit dunay programa niini ang siyudad.
"The 'Sagop Kabataan Program' where a total number of 7,493 minors rescued accumulated in the three years conduct of operations and a 701 total number of graduated children of 'Adopt a Child Program'," matud sa DCPO.
Inay ang DCPO mihangyo sa mga ginikanan nga kanunay nga pahimangnoan ang ilang mga anak aron sa ingon magmatngon sila ug makat-on sa mga angay ug dili maayong buhaton.
