ANG Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) nagbutyag sa makausa nga ang natapos nga proyekto nga "clearing road" nga naglangkob sa tibuok nasud nga gimando ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte dili angay gamiton ingon usa ka pasangil nga “private roads” sa dalan nga nahimutang sa mga plantasyon nga pasangil nga giingong gituyo alang sa merkado sa export.

“If the camp of Gov. Jubahib believed that only Tadeco would suffer should Panama Disease starts invading our plantation, they are grossly mistaken. This disease can spread very quickly and can result to the devastation of our entire banana industry, which is already struggling due to foreign competition and high cost of production," ni Banga.
