CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- St. Catherine Realty Corporation, the developer of La Primavera II subdivision located in Barangay San Isidro, announced on Saturday, October 5, that they have already proposed the interconnectivity, linking the 67-hectare project to the Mega Dike in Bacolor and San Fernando.
City Councilor Celestino S. Dizon, Vice President of the Provincial Board Members League of the Philippines (PBMLP) and Vice President of St. Catherine Realty Corporation, told SunStar Pampanga that their company has already made a proposal with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Pampanga 1st District Engineering Office and the local government units (LGUs) of Bacolor and San Fernando to interconnect La Primavera II to the Mega Dike.
"This will be an alternate route from the Mega Dike to the Aquino byway. There will come a time the main road can be used as an alternate road to those coming from the dike going to San Fernando and Bacolor," Dizon said.
Dizon said that at present, they are still selling a number of lots at La Promavera Phase I. He added that the first 20 buyers will be given discounts upon reservation.
He said that they have already opened the Phase 2 project of La Primavera and will be inviting brokers and sales agents during the upcoming pre- selling.
Dizon said that all of their subdivisions are gated communities, wherein the compound is secured 24 hours with CCTV cameras and security guards.
