THIS October, indulge in an endless stretch of sumptuous German delicacies as Midori Clark Hotel's main dining outlet -- Toscana Dining -- stages Bavarian Feast as the Weekend Buffet's theme of the month.
For the third time staging the Bavarian Feast, a wider spread of traditional fare will be offered at the buffet. Options to choose from are mouth-watering Bavarian specialties, such as Pork Knuckle, German Pot Roast Beef, Fish Roulade, Sausages, and Pretzels. Different Bavarian stations for the buffet are also to be served. Highlighting the stations is the German Carving, which features a whole Roasted Calf Leg, Kielbasa, Frankfurter, Bratwurst, and Schublig.
Supplemented by live-cooking stations and a variety of German sausages perfectly paired with a selection of freshly baked breads, like Sour Dough, Rye Bread, Multi-Grain, and Pretzels.
We briefly talked about the question on what there is to drink on Oktoberfest. Bavarian Feast is inclusive of free-flowing wine or beer to provide the libations for the guests.
