NANAWAGAN ang Children’s Legal Bureau Inc. (CLBI), non-government organization (NGO), nga susihon sa awtoridad ang nahitabong pagmaltrato ug tangtangon ang mga abusadong kawani sa Cebu City Operation Second Chance (CCOSC) nga rason nga ning-ikyas ang 11 ka bata sa maong pasilidad.
Sa opisyal nga pamahayag sa CLB pinaagi sa tigpamaba niini nga si Atty. Noemi Truya-Abarientos, wala na sila mahibulong nga dunay insidente nga susama sa nahitabo niadtong Oktubre 4.
“Sometime in July 2019, when the Cebu City government was implementing changes in the management of the Operation Second Chance, which included the designated of new house parents, we already received reports that the children were becoming restless and anxious of the new set-up,” tipik sa maong pamahayag.
