Hailed as “King of the Off-Road,” the Patrol Royale has established a reputation for being one of the most reliable and versatile 4x4 vehicles out in the market today. In terms of power, the Patrol Royale is equipped with a 5.6L V8 engine with a seven-speed automatic transmission, delivering torque with efficiency.
The person behind the wheel can drive with confidence as the Patrol Royale is decked out in highly intelligent features such as the Around View Monitor, which uses four cameras to show a bird’s eye view of the vehicle to assist with parking; and Intelligent Cruise Control, which adjusts your following distance based on the relative vehicle speed of your car and the one in front of you.
In slippery conditions, the driver can count on the Helical Limited Slip Differential (LSD), Locking Rear Differential and Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Active Brake Limited Slip (ABLS) to maintain momentum and traction.
More than just being tough, the Patrol Royale also comes with refined touches inside and out such as the bold window graphic of the blackened A-pillar, sleek 20” alloy-wheels, and a dynamic chrome grille on the exterior and high-quality leather seats, chrome accents and wooden trims inside the cabin.
The Patrol Royale doesn’t skimp on space and storage too: the longer wheelbase means increased legroom, while the folding seats provide extended luggage space in the back. There’s also a built-in cooler box, which can accommodate six 16-ounce drinking bottles.
This vehicle was also designed with the driver and passengers’ utmost comfort in mind. The memory system allows the driver to save customized settings such as position of the driver’s seat and mirrors, while Dual Zone climate controls give front and rear passengers manual control over cabin temperature.
For entertainment, there’s a seven-inch LCD with mp3, DVD and tuner with iPod connectivity in front and two seven-inch WVGA display monitors for passengers in the second row. Thanks to the 13 speakers with Bose audio system that are strategically placed throughout the vehicle’s interiors, the Patrol Royale also boasts impeccable audio quality.
