Tell It to SunStar: Japan, discipline in the face of Hagibis

I SAW some pictures of the effect of super typhoon Hagibis in Japan and what was obvious was that there seems to be no casualties. We only see damaged houses and floodwaters rising in communities, but there seems to be no image of bodies floating around.

Obviously, the Japanese government had played its role in warning its people and the people in turn cooperated. Oh, if only we can take Japan’s example in the face of this typhoon.
